London-based designer and former content writer
Since completing a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction Design, I've been designing user interfaces and experiences for almost four years. I currently work for an agency called Fluent Interaction designing products for medium and large orgs across finance, e-commerce, technology and cybersecurity.
I grew up on the internet and got into the field through interests in design, tech, and human behaviour. I like taking complicated things and making them appear simple, challenging conventional wisdom, and looking closely at things to understand how and why they work (or don’t).
Started as a blogger now I'm here
I've always had a close eye on emerging trends and what’s new, and got my start in the creative industries documenting London’s fashion, art, food and music scenes by writing and photographing for a blog (back when blogs were the shit) called Yin&Yang.
In 2016, I moved to Berlin, where I spent three and half years working for Highsnobiety as a content writer and strategist. There, I worked with companies like American Express, Burberry, Dropbox, Mercedes-Benz, and Nike on content campaigns that helped to grow brands and reach new customers.
What else?
These days, outside work hours, you’ll find me in the gym trying for a squat PR, in the kitchen trying to master smash burgers, or in a comfy chair reading the latest sci-fi novel I’ve picked up. I also love to travel and have spent almost a year in various parts of Asia adventuring and photographing. I’m always looking for an excuse to go back.
